TRANSACTION STRUCTURING
We provide integrated advice in connection with the structuring of all kinds of transactions – including mergers, spin-offs, sales, joint ventures, and capital markets offerings. We help optimize tax, accounting, and other strategic objectives of the deal with international standard but in the local context.
INVESTMENT
Not only equity capital but human capital is indeed our most valuable investment in our investee companies. We typically deploy at least one personnel to partner with founders to tackle daily issues as well as strategic matters.
