– A compelling growth trajectory in sectors like FMCG, B2B, healthcare, elderly care, petcare, entertainment and technology
– At least 3 years of operating history with demonstrated performance
– Profitable at EBITDA level
Our ideal partners are businesses that have outgrown the household or solo stage, and ready to level-up their business to a more structured and investible corporate level.
