– Location: Tier-1 cities (HCMC, Hanoi, Da Nang, Hue, Hai Phong, Can Tho) and top tourism hubs (Phu Quoc, Nha Trang, Da Lat, Ha Long, Quy Nhon)
– Asset Type: Hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, or buildings with potential to convert into hospitality assets
